Online orders will be shipped within 3 working days. We will let you know when your pieces are on the way to you with your tracking number included.

UK shipping only for now. Please enquire for an accurate shipping quote to another country.

Returns

Pieces can be returned within 28 days of purchase for a replacement piece at the shippers expense (you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping with tracking number as well as packing it safely for travel). If you would prefer a refund we can arrange this as well. If wares arrive broken, please provide photo evidence of the broken shipment as you found it in the box and we will re-ship said pieces if it is in stock as soon as possible or email regarding an alternative offering.

Care

Each piece is made from stoneware clay, microwave and dishwasher safe, although as with any handcrafted piece, hand washing is advised.

Please remember I am selling a handmade product, slight variation in size, shape and especially glaze application should be expected and celebrated.
